ICY TOMATOES IN JAPANESE CITRUS SAUCE

INGREDIENTS

Cherry Tomato – 10 pcs

Ginger, minced – 1 thick slice

Ponzu (Japanese Citrus Sauce) – 1 tbsp

INSTRUCTIONS:

1.     Cut the cherry tomatoes into halves, then further cut them down into little halves.

2.     Crush the ginger with the blade of the knife, then mince it.

3.     Place the cherry tomatoes and minced ginger in a bowl, mix with Ponzu (Japanese Citrus Sauce). Serve cold.
