SIMPLE GRILLED QUICHE

INGREDIENTS

Egg – 2 pcs

Broccoli – 50 g

Onions, diced – 30 g

Bacon/Parma Ham, sliced into small pieces – 1-2 pcs

Salt & Pepper to taste

Olive Oil – 1 tsp

A Mix

Pizza Cheese – 20 g

Salt & Pepper to taste

Milk – 2 tbsp

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat the oven at 180°C to 200°C

  2. Break the broccoli into small florets. Boil a pot of water, once boiled, add in broccoli florets and boil the florets for 1 min. Remove and drain the broccol floretsi.

  3. Heat up the olive oil in a frying pan. Fry the diced onion and sliced parma ham, then add in the broccoli florets, add salt and pepper to taste, fry them for 2 mins.

  4. Beat up the eggs in a bowl, add in A Mix, mix them together.

  5. Place (3) into an ovenproof dish, then pour (4) over it, then place the dish in the oven and bake for 12 to 15 mins or until the top is golden brown. Ready to serve.
