PORK AND OKRA ROLLS

INGREDIENTS:

Thinly Sliced Shabu Shabu Pork Belly – 4 pcs

Okra – 4 pcs

Salt – ½ tsp

Soy Sauce – ½ tsp

Olive Oil – 1 tsp

Lemon – 1 wedge

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Marinate the sliced pork belly with salt and soy sauce.

  2. Rub the okra with salt and then wash them with running water.

  3. Roll 1 pc of okra with 1 sliced pork belly, do the same with the rest.

  4. Heat up olive oil in a frying pan, place the pork belly rolls in the frying pan with the seam side facing down. Fry the pork belly rolls over medium heat until the seam side is firmed. Turn the pork belly rolls over from time to time and fry for about 4 to 5 mins or until the pork belly rolls are crispy golden brown.

  5. Serve them on a plate with a lemon wedge.
